How to use it
Cover the stone with a lid on an open heat source
Sprinkle cake flour on the stone before each use
Defrost the pizza before use
Place stone over the fire/gas burner, wait ±10 minutes
If your lid has a temperature gauge, let the temperature reach 160-180°C. The stone will then be about 200-220°C
Place the pizza on the stone
Cook for 10-20 minutes
How to clean
Do not wash or immerse in water
Do not use detergents to clean
Allow to cool completely before cleaning
Use a metal dough scraper, spatula or stiff wire brush to scrape off any burnt foods
It is normal for the stone to darken & stain with use.
