Delivery is R 115 to any address in South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3-10 working days after you have placed your order.
This depends on the following:
- payment method used (for EFT payments: the money has to reflect before your order is processed)
- made-to-order items (Sproose specializes in truly unique products, certain items are handmade specially for you & this may take longer)
- pre-order items (you can order certain products in advance before it is available for purchase & the product is only delivered after the official release date)

How do I know when my parcel is dispatched?
You will receive an email when your parcel leaves our warehouse & is handed over to the courier.
What to do if I need my parcel to be delivered faster?
If you need a parcel delivered faster, please inform us in time so that we can make a plan for you :-)
Overnight options (at an additional cost) are also available in most cities and suburbs.
